Visit-based or time-based?
With a visit-based plan you buy a set number of patient visits (1,200, 3,600, 8,000 or 12,000) and each check-in is deducted from the balance, with no expiry date. It suits low-volume, seasonal or newly opened practices.
With a time-based plan you get unlimited visits for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. If your practice is busy, or you don't want to count visits, a time-based plan is usually better value.
