Hamyarteb Privacy Policy

1. Patient data

Patient records and visits stay on the practice's own server and are never sent to Hamyarteb. License check-ins send only visit counts and a checksum.

2. What we keep

Account: mobile number or email, name, username and a hashed password.

Practice details you enter: name, type, address, phone numbers, logo and your photo.

Financial: orders, payments, commissions and payouts. Card, IBAN or wallet addresses are encrypted and shown masked.

Verification: legal name and national ID (encrypted), only for payouts.

Technical: IP address, browser and device for account security, and a hardware fingerprint of the practice server for licensing.

3. How we use it

To sign you in, issue licenses, process payments and invoices, calculate commissions, prevent fraud, provide support and send account notices. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party ads.

4. Sharing

Only as needed with payment gateways, SMS and email providers (sign-in codes), Cloudflare (security checks) and Google (if you sign in with Google), or when required by law. Your referrer sees only your masked name or number, join date and purchase count.

5. Cookies

Session, language and a 30-day referral cookie. No advertising cookies.

6. Security and retention

Traffic is encrypted, passwords hashed and sensitive fields encrypted. Admin actions are logged. Account data is kept while the account is active; financial records are kept as the law requires.

7. Your rights

You can view and correct your data in the dashboard, manage your password and devices, and request deletion, except records the law requires us to keep.
