Hamyarteb Terms of Service

1. Your account

You sign up with a mobile number, email or Google account. The information you enter must be accurate and your own.

You are responsible for keeping your password, sign-in codes and signed-in devices safe.

One account per person. Creating extra accounts to reuse free visits or earn commissions is prohibited and may lead to suspension.

2. Licenses, free visits and plans

Every new account gets 500 free visits with all features. After that, a visit-pack or time-based plan is needed.

The license is bound to your practice server. The app works offline between check-ins but needs a short internet connection every 30 days or 500 visits, whichever comes first.

Attempts to bypass the license, tamper with visit counts or reverse-engineer the software lead to suspension without refund.

3. Prices, payment and refunds

Plan prices are shown on the website and may change; changes do not affect plans you already bought.

Users outside Iran pay in USDT.

Refund requests are reviewed by support under the conditions shown at purchase. A refund deactivates that purchase's license and voids its commissions.

4. Partner program

Each user has a referral code. You receive 25% of every purchase by people who sign up with your code and 5% of purchases by the people they refer. No commission beyond level two.

Your referrer is recorded only at sign-up. Commissions become available after a holding period (currently 14 days).

Fake or self-referrals, duplicate accounts or hardware, misleading promotion and spam are prohibited and void commissions.

5. Wallet and payouts

The wallet is credited only with commissions. Direct deposits and transfers between users are not possible.

You can spend the balance on plans or withdraw it after identity verification, to an account in your verified name.

Payouts may be held for review to prevent fraud.

6. Patient data and your responsibility

Patient data is stored on the practice's own server; Hamyarteb has no access to it. The practice is responsible for backups, confidentiality and lawful use of patient data.

7. Limitation of liability

Hamyarteb works to keep the software reliable but is not liable for losses caused by power cuts, hardware failure, malware, missing backups on the practice system or misuse. Clinical and financial decisions remain with the practice.

8. Suspension and termination

Hamyarteb may suspend an account or license that breaks these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce material changes on the website and dashboard. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
